Is there a way to check the firmware revison of ide cdroms? On scsi emulated ones, cdrecord --checkdrive dev=0,0,0 tells all.
Is there a way to do this for ide drives? I have a utility in windows that does it, but it's not as complete, and i'd rather be able to do it in linux.
