Yesterday (I think) a message was posted about an error message he was receiving about his disks not being read. Unfortunately I cannot now find it but it related to a bug in Mandrake 9.1's kernel.
However, the more general point I would like to make is if one posts an error message into Google and does a search on it, then the problem and (hopefully) solution have been posted by others who have come across it before. It works for Windows also of course. This has saved me a lot of head scratching in the past and it might be of some use to others.
