Is this possible? I used to be dead set against AA fonts, but with 9.2 I find
Verdana to be rendered quite well. Most of my apps are GTK2, so they use the
same font, but a couple, like J-Pilot and GCombust, still use the same old ugly
non-AA Helvetica.

I've tried editing my .gtkrc files to suit, but it has no effect.

I am running a combo of Pekwm and XFCE4, which lets me set the fonts for GTK2,
but anyone know of a way to get GTK1.2 apps to come along?

Thanks!
