Yeah I've noticed. (-: Then again if they were to adhere to OpenGL specs and (I suppose) re-invent the wheel to a degree they could force a major change in the way that (other) hardware manufacturers deal with Open Source. If ATI were ever to jump on that bandwagon as well...
