I'm getting the following error /usr/lib/rpm/rpmb: Permission denied when I try to run the following rpm --rebuild nforce NVIDIA_nforce-1.0-0261.src.rpm
I am running this as root. Does it matter where the rpm is located when I'm running the rebuild? Clean install of MandrakeLinux 9.2 Download Edition I installed with the onboard Auido and NIC disabled and have yet to enable them. This is my second install of 9.2, the first time I had the Audio and NIC enabled. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The rpm is the source rpm downloaded from the nvidia web site.
