Good for you Lance ;)
I said the same thing about "no looking back now". Funny, I was at my parents
today watching xPee "grind thru pages in IE 6 and my dad says, "there must be
a lot of people on the net (isp service) " I told him no way it should be
this slow for google pages (15 secs). Being a former "dos batcher", I dont
know much about xPee but this isnt right and what exactly is it doing behind
this hour glass ????? I won't go back either, I dont hate M$, I just dont
like having much control anymore.
So he's gonna try Linux when I can install it next week. Try a dual boot. He
never used to know anything about PC's. I was gonna use texstar's PClinuxOS
on his machine 1st to "DEMO" it to them.

Anyway
Good Luck and Happy reading ;)
Regards
