nah its only 3Dfx only right now. . .the Mesa renderer is not dependent on
XFree86 4.  Its kinda like q3test, if you look in the home directory there is
a file called libeMesaVoodooGL.so.3.1. . .yah its a Voodoo file but point being
that the renderer is part of the app, not necessarily the X-Server or the OS.
