This drove me crazy recently. There is a fix in the 9.2 upgrades that purports to fix a mailman configuration problem. It didn't work for me. I ended up uninstalling mailman and reconfiguring Postfix from my 9.1 backup, probably in line with your suggestions. -- Richard Urwin
