I've seen this crap before but I don't remember why it happens Paul. The simple fix is to download the source directly from the mirror, move it to /var/cache/urpmi/rpms then urpmi it. Or use the GUI (rpmdrake) to install it. First check to be sure it hasn't downloaded and is sitting there already. If it is compare the size to what's on the mirror. It should be 40.2 MB.
