I'm getting the following error message with K3B in MDK 9.2: No support for ATAPI with cdrdao You will not be able to use all your reading devices as copy sources since there is at least one not configured to use SCSI emulation and your system does not support ATAPI with cdrdao. Solution: The best and recommended solution is to enable ide-scsi (SCSI emulation) for all writer devices. This way you won't have any problems.
I did have ide-scsi emulation (and K3B) working before I had to re-install everything and for the life of me can't remember how I did it. I spent 3 hours last night searching for a simple how-to but could not find one. Can anyone provide me with the steps to enable this?? Thanks, Aidan
