How do I stop Mozilla marking *all* mail, including everything on this list as well as whatever is sent by me, as junk mail?
I set up separate folders for each mailing list, and then set up filters (from the Tools menu) to divert mailing list messages into the appropriate folders. Mozilla uses the filters first, before checking what remains in the inbox for Junk. It needs a little training, but once you mark a particular message as "not Junk" it should then treat messages from that particular sender as non-Junk in the future.
