From the K menu : Configuration-->Packaging-->Mandrake Update.

Beware, there is a bug : When finished updating, your menus may be
screwed up. To remedy this, open a terminal, become root (type su
and give your root password) and type : "update-menus -v" (without
the "" of course. Possibly the screen won't return to the command
prompt. Ignore this, just press enter and then "exit" twice.

This is a minor issue. Find "mousedrake" somewhere in your menus and
give it a go. Or, buy an ordinary PS/2 wheelmouse (about $ 10).
