Oh, yeah...make a boot floppy, 'cause Windows is going to
wipe the MBR clean. Once you get Windows reinstalled, boot
to Linux with your custom boot floppy ("mkbootdisk
<kernel-version>" and have a clean, preferably "virgin"
floppy ready!) and re-run /sbin/lilo. That should reinstall
LILO on the MBR and you should be back in business
dual-booting.
