unison -ui text -batch
will run unison in text mode and the batch option means "do not ask any questions" so any conflicts will not be copied. However it still asks for the password for the remote system. To get round that you would probably need to write a script in something like expect in order to supply the required password.

Anyone know how to run Unison as a cron job? The tutorial indicates human intervention between the file comparison and copying unless I'm missing something.
