The ftp program I am using is CyberDuck v2.2 and Bittorrent 3.3a for Mac.
I am using this torrent file.. provided by Mandrake.

The error I get is this one... Problem connecting to tracker - HTTP Error 404: Not Found
According to the FAQ...
"Some Club members have problems having access to the good Torrent files (404 not found). Indeed, because of transparency proxy the IP they get here is different from the IP the BitTorrent tracker can see."
I am not a club member yet. I plan to be in the near future, but I don't have the $$ right now.
When will 10.0RC2 be available?

I upgraded to 10.0rc1 from 9.2 with urpmi without any problems. However, seeing as 10.0rc2 is about to hit the mirrors, you might as well skip the upgrade and just go straight to 10.0RC2. Unless you're waiting for the "Official" release, that is.
