If you already know the partition number, you can manually add it to fstab but 
a much easier way is to simply run diskdrake from the Mandrake Control Center 
and simply browse to the partition and add a mount point.  That should create 
the entry for you and the only thing that you need to do then is to add the 
umask=0 option to make it writeable to all users.
