[newbie] Linux RESCUE disk?

Ernest> you must boot from a floppy disk, with a rescue disk running.

When booting from a BOOT floppy, and I use "rescue" at the Lilo Boot prompt,
I am instructed to insert a "RESCUE"(?) disk. How do I make one?
