Anti-trust case being going on for 5 years now, EU will announce it's sanctions against MS on 24/03/04. Concerns, amongst other things, bundling of Media Player at expense of others (e.g. real media) - reminiscent of the US case where it bundled Internet Explorer at expense of Netscape. MS was found have committed crime & US said it had been very naughty. Expect a slap of the wrists from the EU as well. Meanwhile, Steve Ballmer (& lawyer) rush to see EU momopolies commission leader: http://www.reuters.com/locales/newsArticle.jsp;:4057ae47:4b4faa43512fd0a?type=technologyNews&locale=en_IN&storyID=4581112 Paul M
