Hi everybody.

I had that problem after install Mandrake 6.1 on several machines. I fixed it by 
editing the file 
/etc/csh.cshrc.  In this file you will find the following:
limit coredumpsize 1000000

change it to:
limit coredumpsize unlimited

Thats worked to me.
