Tell me about it, I just had to fight with a client's XP laptop this morning,
and you know what the problem was? It simply would *not* allow me to get rid of
a file association, and had mysteriously 'lost' the path to notepad.exe. That
was after I installed Firefox because the poor bastage's IE had it's homepage
hijacked and even AdAware couldn't get rid of it.
