How about wget?

from man wget:


   -m
       --mirror
           Turn on options suitable for mirroring.  This option turns on
           recursion and time-stamping, sets infinite recursion depth
           and keeps FTP directory listings.  It is currently equivalent to
           -r -N -l inf -nr.
