Have you tried using "nvidia" instead of "nv"? I'm running a GeForce 3
Ti200 with the 5336 run script. Here are parts of my XF86Config-4 file:
Section "Device"
Identifier "device1"
VendorName "nVidia Corporation"
BoardName "NVIDIA GeForce3 (generic)"
Driver "nvidia"
Option "DPMS"
EndSection
Section "Module"
Load "dbe" # Double-Buffering Extension
Load "v4l" # Video for Linux
Load "extmod"
Load "type1"
Load "freetype"
Load "glx" # 3D layer
EndSection
Hope that helps!
