That sounds like a plan. Can I put things back the way the are now if I need to? And please remind me of the order of things. ln -s /dev/ttySHSF0 /dev/ttS0. Does that look right, after deleting ttyS0? Right now ttyS0 is linked to tts/0. Why, I have no idea.
