Hi everyone, Since I use MDK10 I have a problem with the Belkin cardreader that worked so well in 9.1.
When I now plug a card with photos in the reader, I see this in dmesg: usb 1-2: new full speed USB device using address 6 scsi4 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices Vendor: Model: Rev: Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02 SCSI device sda: 246016 512-byte hdwr sectors (126 MB) sda: assuming Write Enabled sda: assuming drive cache: write through /dev/scsi/host4/bus0/target0/lun0:scsi4: ERROR on channel 0, id 0, lun 0, CDB: Read (10) 00 00 03 c0 f8 00 00 08 00 Current sda: sense key Volume Overflow end_request: I/O error, dev sda, sector 246008 scsi4: ERROR on channel 0, id 0, lun 0, CDB: Read (10) 00 00 03 c0 f9 00 00 07 00 and so on until Current sda: sense key Volume Overflow end_request: I/O error, dev sda, sector 246013 scsi4: ERROR on channel 0, id 0, lun 0, CDB: Read (10) 00 00 03 c0 fe 00 00 02 00 Current sda: sense key Volume Overflow end_request: I/O error, dev sda, sector 246014 Buffer I/O error on device sda, logical block 30751 p1 Attached scsi removable disk sda at scsi4, channel 0, id 0, lun 0 Attached scsi generic sg0 at scsi4, channel 0, id 0, lun 0, type 0 WARNING: USB Mass Storage data integrity not assured USB Mass Storage device found at 6 'mount' does not show a new device, it does not show in fstab or mtab either. In /proc/bus/usb/devices the reader is recognised. Anyone have an idea how I can get access to my memory-card back? Thanks, Paul -- This life is yours.
