http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux.html Pick the correct driver for the machine architecture in question, click the appropriate link there, and follow the installation instructions. Remember, IA32 includes AMD processors except the AMD64 versions. There are drivers there for those as well. Download the "Text Version" instructions as well, then you can print them out for yourself.
