I am using CUPS to print to a shared printer connected to my W2k machine. I notice the following two lines keep showing up in my syslog. They appear twice a minute nonstop. That is until I shutdown CUPS. Once I did that, the error messages went away. I have searched the net for an answer, but cannot find any solution. I was told to change my logging level so these messages are no longer logged, but I don't think that is a good solution.
