It means that regardless of What you are using as a firewall OE is
itself intrinsically non-secure and is the method of choice for the
proliferation of All virus and worms found on the internet.
The bottom line, even with a Linux firewall by choosing IE as your
client of choice you are both exposing and allowing the proliferation
of the said effects caused by such.
