The specific missing depend, devel(libxbsql), is provided by
libxbsql0-devel-0.11-3mdk.i586.rpm.
You will also need libxbsql0-0.11-3mdk.i586.rpm.
Since you were using urpmi both should have been "pulled-in" if you have
Contrib mirror set-up as 1 of your source locations for urpmi.
