Yes, I have been using rkhunter for a while, and 
I agree that it seems as though it does a more 
thorough job of things than chkrootkit.

There is a third party rpm available here:
http://www.rootkit.nl/projects/rootkit_hunter.html

It is quite an easy program to use, and I like that 
too. :-)
