Hi I Have this same card and works fine although I did have to move from Alsa to OSS in order for my sound to work but that was more a motherboard issue than a tv tuner card issue. But if I can be of any assistance let me know and will try to help. One thing I did find was that when you go into Mandrake control center and then into hardware control was that you have to manually set the card to kworld KW-TV878RF and the tuner card to a phillips NTSC (FI1236, FM1236MK3 or FM1236F). Then enable radio support at the bottom. Hope this helps.
