Hi James,
At any time, you can use "man urpmi". Also look at "man urpmq"
for querying packages.

to list all media sources
$ urpmq --list-media  

you could use this to update from a specific source, which can be
seperated by a comma e.g. update_source,main,contrib,plf 
$ urpmi --media nameofsource

to remove media
urpmi.removemedia nameofmediasource
