The onboard 10/100 ethernet also works just fine under Mandrake no problems here with this board at all. Mandrake 10 and up should find the ethernet for you without problems. The only thing I have changed was the onboard sound which works no problem but I wanted to put my live card in and disable the onboard and it also worked just fine.
