Hi folks,
Can I download the rpm directly from Mdk's update repository and then install
it manually instead of using urpmi?
The reason is that I want to download the rpm through my colo server first (it
has better speed), and then download it to my notebook (the speed should be
much better, since it's in local internet exchange), and then install it.
Thanks.
Yes, you can download, and install manualy. I install a fair number of
RPMs from the local drive, especialy the ones I build myself.
