[newbie] Manrake 10.1 Official-Powerpack

Hi all, I have downloaded Mandrake Linux 10.1-official-Powerpack which consist of 6 CDs. It may be a foolish question, but I am not really sure if it is something extra which enhances Mandrake 10.1 Official and should be installed after Mandrake 10.1 Official has been installed, or it is a more complete version of Mandrake 10.1 Official ?
