I did find and dld Azureus.  I also had to dld Java.  That took an 
hour.  I will try it out soon.
   I previously found Internet Download Manager which also Has good 
resume ability.  It lets you edit the file types it will handle.  I 
added iso and img suffixes to the list and it is working.  The dld 
scheduler works great.  A neat feature to set dld times for the most 
convenient time of day.

 Will Azureus work for> you?  It seems quite capable of resuming bittorrent
