If so, is it normal (I mean conforming to free software and open source rules) that a package sold out by a magazine as Mandrake 10.1 differs from the original so to lack of such important packages (as libGConf2_4-devel, libgtk+2.0_0-devel and libgtk+-x11-2.0_0-devel)?
