It means you haven't downloaded the key. You can do so, or just ignore that message. If your sources are Ok (never heard the opposite), just continue. I do it all the time.

Thanks for offering to help. I managed to get things striaghtened out by going to the directory on my computer where the files had been downloaded by urpmi and I got all but one to install by just clicking on it.
