1) Go to your Gmail settings
2) Select the other reply-to radio button (the one with the entry box)
3) Type into the reply-to entry box <> (in other words Less-then followed by a Greater-then sign).
Important: If you leave the box empty it is not going to work. You have to type <> in the box!
This should eliminate the reply-to header and mailing list replies will now go to the list as they should.
