Make sure that you have the right version in the first choice - 10.1, I presume. You'll find sections for Main, Contrib and a few others. In each case choose a mirror from the dropdown list. It's a good idea to choose mirrors that are not in your own timezone, as getting them in a quiet time speeds up downloads. Once you have chosen something from each section, click Go To Step 3 (I think that's the wording) and a black box will come up with a long piece of text. This is a set of commands. You can just copy them (mouse-highlight), then open a console (black screen icon on tray), Session > New Root Console) and paste in the whole of the commands you have just copied. It will take a few minutes, probably, for the commands to set themselves up completely, but you will be able to follow the messages where it tells you what it's doing. Charles, on www.eslrahc.com has a lot of packages that are later versions than Mandrake can offer directly, so it's a good idea to get his site set up as a source. Go to his webpage, select 10.1, and you will find not only a list of packages that are available, but a command for you to copy and paste into a root console, as you did with easyurpmi's commands. You could stop there, but if you do you will find that trying to install any of Charles's packages gives you messages about missing signatures, so look again at the webpage and you will find instructions for getting his signature onto your system. It involves downloading and installing CAE.asc. I hope that's a little clearer now. Come back if there's anything you don't understand.
