Ya never can tell, the pres of Linuxcare just made that suggestion as a way for
M$ to prove they were not trying to supress other OS's (or some such reason).
Just saw the article in Lockergnome this week. Truth is that M$ doesn't do such
a bad job. They just try to please all the people all the time, and want to be
all things to all users. No single OS can really do all that and still run in a
stable manner. But you have to admitt that they have done a great job with the
installer. Any user can install M$'s OS. Now if they'd just stop trying to
support leggacy back to the 8088's <grin> (well maybe 80386's). As a side note,
I like Linux because of what Linux is, not because of what M$ is.
