[newbie] The clipboard and the command line.

Hello,

        I want to manipulate the clipboard from a script.  Where is the 
clipboard (Klipper) stuff?

        Specifically, I want to have a script to take a URL, and encase it in 
<A HREF></A> for use in posting.  I might then even make a Klipper 
'action' do this automatically.
