[newbie] Angry network cards

        Dos anyone have the Advanced Networking Products 10/100 cards
working?  They use the tulip driver.  It is easy to bring them up, but it
appears they will not send or receive without the I/O port being set.  On
my other machine that I want to make into a router, the cards refuse to
work at all under linux.  I have tried to just get one working and it
fails then.  I do know these cards are good though.  If anyone has a sane
method to get these cards working please let me know.  Thanks
