Noticed this process in KDE taskmanager with sometimes
consumes
over 90% of cpu resources.

Sometimes (many) Netscape hangs while getting mail, sending
mail
or just looking up an URL. So I feel I am forced to kill it
with
the kill icon. After doing that I take a look in Task
Manager and
Netscape & Netscape Communicator are still running so I kill
them
there.

But also there is this process ld-linux.so.2 that is running
and
only goes away after I disconnect from the internet.

So is this an indicator of bad kppp configuration on my part
or
what?

I'm spending a lot of time killing netscape per the above so
I know
something ain't right to say the least.

I'm also guessing my video card may be part of it because
when the
mail window seems to hang and disregards the mouse to stop
it or
kill it and I move the mail window the graphics behind (on
the main
netscape window) will be wiped out. My graphics card is
Matrox g200
Mill.
Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks, Larry
