  Thanks Axalon,
    I wrote that plea after giving up.  Later I went back to work on
it, and stumbled onto the solution, in the docs for another program!
You're solution is more elegant tho.  I Finally did add '/usr/local/
lib'  to 'ld.so.conf'  and run 'ldconfig'.  'Sensors' now works.
