Are you using DHCP? I had the smae problem when
I used DHCP. I don't know the fix to this problem.
I've asked about a million diferent groups the same
question and still never got an answer. (over exageration
on the million:) I f you do get a fix for the problem
let me know. I do know this, the problem is easily
corrected if you use a static IP instead of DHCP.
But that is the only cure I'v found yet. Good Luck.

P.S. It only has to do with DHCP. I've also tried to
get an answer from the SAMBA people, but they won't
give me an answer. It's probably a SMAB - DHCP bug
that noone has a fix for.
