I noticed that as well.
during the install of vmware it mentiones that vmwre is not compiled for
this kernel and would you
like to recompile etc.. I just answered yes to its recompile questions and
then all went well (following thier install docs)

me set it up. I'm having trouble with it finding my files. And i think the
kernerl mdk is messing it up also?
