YOU are the only person who can remove yourself. You MUST
send an email to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" with the body
message "unsubscribe newbie" (all minus quotes.) If you
did not subscribe from "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" you must include
the email address you subscribed from (such as "unsubscribe
newbie [EMAIL PROTECTED]" minus the quotes.)
