Hello Howard
You can also use KPACKAGE which comes with KDE instead of the REDHAT package
manager.
When you start the program it will check your disk for all installed packages
and list them for you.
Select the packages to be uninstalled one at a time with your mouse and select
the UNINSTALL option
button in the KPACKAGE program screen.
There are 2 versions of Netscape 4.7, Communicator (browser plus more programs)
and the browser only version.
The difference in size may be a consideration if downloading by modem at your
own expense.
The 'netscape-common-4.70-1mdk' package is used by both versions of Netscape and
you will
need to install it first.
Regards,
Ron
