I've noticed a pattern: whenever I would log out of Linux and start
Windows98, the bootup screen for Win98 would say that it cannot find
hihem.sys and that win98 have stopped and I must press ctrl-alt-delete and
restart. When I did, same error shows up. What seems to work is when I turn
off the physical power to my computer and leave it off for about 5 mins or
so then it would boot correctly. Can anyone tell me what's causing it and
how I can fix it?
