I cant say exactly - byt I guess there is proxy setup in Netscape for
Linux. But as far as I remeber WinGate can not work as a proxy server.
WEll - what I was doing while I was in need of IP chain - I got Proxy+
for WIN 9x. That works realy nice and it is free. U can find it in
www.download.com . SO go and get it.
But unregister it got limit of users - but I think u need only one of
'em.
